Warranty & Support
Golden Designs Limited Lifetime Warranty
The sauna room is backed by Golden Designs’ Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in material and workmanship for the original purchaser, subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions.
The sauna heater is excluded from the sauna-room Limited Lifetime Warranty and is covered under its own manufacturer warranty. Warranty service covers qualifying parts and does not include labor. Proof of purchase is required for warranty service.
For outdoor installation, Golden Designs requires appropriate protection from direct exposure to weather. A waterproof cover or protective roof panel must be installed over the sauna, and damage caused by rain, snow, sun, wind, extreme temperatures, improper installation, misuse, or inadequate weather protection is not covered.
