WARRANTY

The Vero is backed by Renu Therapy’s 5-Year Limited Warranty for non-commercial, residential use. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers qualifying defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Coverage

  • Vero tub components are covered for 5 years from the delivery date.
  • The water chiller is covered for 1 year from delivery.
  • An extended warranty for the water chiller may be available for purchase directly through Renu Therapy.
  • Warranty coverage applies only during the applicable warranty period and to the original purchaser or original owner if received as a gift.

Warranty Exclusions

Coverage does not include damage or problems resulting from water leaks, improper water chemistry, neglected filter care or replacement, freezing conditions, power outages, low water flow, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or use of improper cleaning products. Use of non-genuine parts or accessories may also void warranty coverage.

Separately purchased accessories and consumable items are not covered under the tub warranty. Repairs performed by an unauthorized service provider are also excluded.

Warranty Service

Warranty claims require proof of purchase and details regarding the issue. Renu Therapy determines whether a covered component should be repaired or replaced. Approved replacement or repaired components remain covered for the balance of the original applicable warranty period.

The customer may be responsible for certain shipping, removal, installation, travel, or service-related expenses associated with warranty work.

Important: This warranty is intended for in-home residential use within the contiguous United States. Commercial use voids the residential warranty. Warranty coverage, exclusions, service procedures, and terms are established by the manufacturer and may be subject to change.
